I've tried them all (plus loads more chems + stuff over the years)... 5-htp can cause upset stomach so dose sparingly and feel the V A P O R..few other legal consumption supplements that have relaxing effects: Phenibut (OTC, but have to order online) DXM/dextromethorphan is OTC and has interesting effects, following rule of 1/3rds. 1/3 loved it, 1/3 hated it and other 1/3 no opinion. ------------------
